Terms of Revocation

1. Right of Revocation You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (e.g. by a letter or email) of your decision to revoke the contract. You can use the attached model revocation form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation notice before the revocation period expires. 2. Consequences of Revocation If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise with us; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
